A couple of events to encourage the Waverly Tigers Boys Basketball Team prior to their Division 2 State Semifinal appearance vs Gilmour Academy this Friday night, will be held this week in Waverly.
A school district wide pep rally will be held Thursday morning at the high school at 9:30am. A parade will be held at 6:45pm, leaving the school campus.
Friday we see a community send-off rally for the team at the Waverly Downtown Gym as they will be leaving at 12:45pm.
Friday’s state semi will tip-off at 8:30pm at the University of Dayton Arena.
