(Piketon)—The OhioMeansJobs Career Center at the Community Action Committee of Pike County will be hosting a no-cost workshop focusing on tips and tricks to “hack” your next job interview to local job seekers. The July 8th event will be conducted at the OhioMeansJobs Career Center located at 941 Market Street, Piketon between 6pm-80pm.

Registration to attend is required due to limited space.

This workshop will be reviewing the three stages of Job Interviewing: Before, During, and After the Interview. The instructors will be sharing helpful tips and “hacks” on building your confidence before the Interview, appropriate dress choices, researching the company, how to offer impressive answers to Interview questions, how to make a lasting impression; and how to effectively follow up on the interview afterward.

Similar workshops focusing on the Interviewing process have been hosted by the OhioMeansJobs Career Center in the past; however, this workshop will be focusing on the simple “hacks” that job seekers can use to make a strong, lasting impression for the applied position.
